Thought it might be time for a new id for the front page.
Had some problems with the pose, perspective is such a bitch. Basically it's supposed to look like she's hanging on the gun as the mech swings it around, legs still flailing as the motion of the gun stops.

d say its a good drawing aside from the girl's pose. Legs trailing the swing in motion may have worked better because some things are hard to convey in a still frame. You could always write in sound FX.

"swiiing! *stop*" NO, that sounds dumb. your way works better.

You should probably plan stuff like this beforehand with stick figures or something. Some poses don't translate well to paper.
I think if she was hanging off the gun with her body pointing in the same direction as the motion of the gun it would work better. Back to the viewer, face up and legs trailing the gun's swing. That way her hands are holding on would be more apparant also.
Apart from the image not quite conveying what you wanted its pretty sweet, the Mech and smoke look pretty wicked.

I went trough a few sketches before that pose, trailing the swing with centrifugal force pushing the body out, some different positons for the arm.. In the end it came down to two things, 1: I fail at drawing, and 2: perspective is a frigid little bitch and I wish to stab her in the face and rape her corpse.
